LTXD participated in iia document: Roadmap to an Electron Beam or X-ray Center for Industrial Applications
The International Irradiation Association (iia) recently published the Roadmap to an Electron Beam or X-ray Center for Industrial Applications on its official website. This guide introduces the topics that need to be considered to allow an effective feasibility analysis of e-beam and/or X-ray technology. The aim is to enable a thorough analysis of the potential of these technologies and their respective effect on the business. It also describes current applications of the technologies to demonstrate their potential.
Peng Wei from Beijing LTXD Technology Co., Ltd. (LTXD) participated in the drafting of this document, and the X-ray process layout designed by LTXD was selected as the typical layout of X-ray equipment (Figure 8) in this document.
The Roadmap can be used in conjunction with the Eb/X Systems and Suppliers Database that is maintained by iia. This database provides details of organisations and companies that can supply equipment and services to investors in e-beams and/or X-rays.
LTXD is also selected for this directory as a service provider for product conveyor systems, process control software, project management, dose simulation, and validation support services for electron beam and X-ray irradiation equipment.
